Tacologist is a collaboration between TACOA BEER, 1st and only craft-brewery in the Canarias, located on the Tenerife island, and Zythologist. We made a NEIPA with Galaxy, Citra & Mosaic hops. As Eric from Tacoa would say

ORIGIN with Segarati

Segarati

The vintage ORIGIN range is produced for the Segarati farm "Marenghi Marino Azienda Agricola". This farm is located in the Appenines in Emilia Romagna and produces a wonderful Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. This Wild Farmhouse Ale has been specially made to have a perfect cheese & beer-pairing.

Collab with La Source Beer Co.

La Source

For this collab with our friends from La Source Beer Co., we did a very hazy dry hopped IPA with some of our favorite hops: Citra, Mosaic and Enigma. Then, we added a nice dose of toasted coconut. HONU means turtle in Hawaiian.

In collaboration with chef Olivier De Vriendt from the Rizom restaurant in Grand Hornu, we brewed a rose and rhubarb wild sour beer, all enhanced with a nice dose of lactose!

BLACK MAGIC is a powerful black beer infused with Colombian coffee, agave syrup, vanilla from Madagascar and black magic. This recipe was born out of a collaboration with our friend Daniel from Diaz Brewing Company.

Collab with 

CLAUDE was an IMPOSSIBLE stout to brew: an endless day with a plenty of filtration problems. Whatever ! Our collaboration with DrinkThatBeer at the  Co-Hop was unforgetable ! We are proud to present this 8.5% nougat-pistachio dessert.
